About Cozy Nest

Cozy Nest started with an observation anyone who lives with a cat has made: you buy her a bed, and she sleeps in the box it came in.

It is not ingratitude. It is instinct. A cat in the open is a cat keeping watch. Walls, a roof and a single entrance are what let her stop watching and actually sleep — which is why she keeps choosing cardboard boxes, laundry baskets and the back of the wardrobe over the cushion you picked out.

So we stopped designing beds and designed a den instead. Enclosed on every side. Warm, because the shape holds her own heat in. Structured, so it does not collapse into a sad flat pancake after a month. And quiet enough in colour and form that you can leave it in a living room without the room announcing that a pet lives there.

What we care about

• The cat's opinion, first. If she will not sleep in it, nothing else about the product matters.
• Things that last. One pod that works for years beats four cheap beds that get ignored.
• Saying what we mean. Real delivery windows, an honest return policy, and no invented statistics.
